Cindy's Pineapple Bulgar Wheat Salad



1/3 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks

¾ cup cooked bulgar wheat (chilled)

¼ cup chopped red bell pepper

2 tbsp chopped celery

1 scallion thinly sliced

1 tsp oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

Combine ingredients and toss.
