2 T. butter or oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. bulgar
2 c. chicken broth
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped mushrooms
1/2 t. dill
1/2 t. dried oregano
1/4 t. pepper
Saute celery, onion and mushrooms in oil or butter.
Add bulgar and cook until bulgar is golden-colored.
Add seasonings and broth and cover pan.
Bring to a boil and cook gently for 15 minutes.
Fluff with a fork and serve.
