Myrtis's No Crust Coconut Pie


½ cup self-rising flour

1 3/4 cups sugar

4 eggs slightly beaten

1/4 cup melted margarine

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups milk

17 oz can coconut

Sift flour and sugar together. Add eggs, margarine, vanilla, milk and coconut. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
