Pat's Fruit Cocktail Cake


2 c. sugar 2 tsp soda

2 c. AP flour 1 can fruit cocktail juice too.

Sift all dry ingredients together. Add fruit cocktail and 2 beaten eggs. Mix well. Pour in greased and floured 13 inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Frosting:

1 c. sugar 1 stick margarine

½ c. canned milk 1 tsp vanilla

Stir together; bring to a boil, Boil 5 minutes. Let cool and spread on cake.
