Pat's Homemade Maple Syrup



4 c, granulated sugar 2 c, water

½ c, brown sugar 1 tsp. Maple flavoring

1 tsp. Vanilla flavoring

Put sugar and water in pot and bring to a boil. Let simmer 10 minutes. Remove from

heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring and 1 teaspoon maple flavoring. Great for pancakes or waffles.
