Fay's Coconut Macaroons

1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1-14 oz. pkg. coconut
1 t. vanilla
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine all ingredients, stirring to mix evenly.
Cut a piece of parchment paper, or waxed paper to fit your cookie pan. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls.
Bake for 5-6 minutes, or until toasted on top.

Cherry Macaroons for Valentine's Day:
In place of the vanilla, add 1 t. almond flavoring and 5 drops red food coloring. Stir well

*Note: You don't have sweetened condensed milk? Use powdered milk to make some.
